We want every Claude Designer purchase to be clear, useful, and fairly supported.

One-Time Digital Purchases

Claude Designer products are digital downloads sold as one-time purchases. The current products do not renew automatically and do not require a recurring subscription.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality or content of a purchased product, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the address used for the purchase. Include your order ID or payment receipt when available so we can locate the order.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear is determined by the payment provider and your financial institution.

Account Deletion and Refunds

Deleting an account does not automatically create a refund request. If you want both account deletion and a refund, state both requests in the same email. We may need to verify account ownership before processing deletion or disclosing order information.
